Maternity Hospital No 7/Kyiv Perinatal Center is a III level medical institution providing specialized and highly qualified medical care for pregnant women and women in labour, newborns and other gynecological patients. The Department of Functional Diagnostics is fitted out with modern equipment and includes the office of medical and genetic counseling and office of psychoprophylactic training and consultations with a hematologist. Patients receive consultations on reproductive health, preconception, as well as early diagnosis of congenital malformations in the fetus. Pregnant women in the high-risk group are taken care of at the specialized maternity welfare center of the Perinatal Center. Maternity Hospital No 7 has 15 modern individual and family-friendly delivery rooms, as well as a delivery ward equipped for preterm labor. A surgery unit and Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care are also located on the same floor. Department of Intensive Care and Resuscitation of Newborns is equipped with modern devices for monitoring and maintenance of all vital functions of the newborn organism.
