Surrogacy in Canada is accepted for all different types of intended parents, including international moms and dads. Gay and LGBT couples, as well as heterosexual intended parents, are welcome to take part in surrogacy programs; single men and women are also accepted as intended parents; there are no rules for this. There are, however, other stringent regulations that must be followed by law. The main one being that commercial surrogacy is not legal here.
