Oksana has been working in the field of surrogacy since 2017. She has accompanied almost 300 intended parents on their surrogacy journeys and is a real expert on all things related to the Exit Process.
The Intended Parents meet Oksana on their first visit when they come to the notary to sign all the required agreements and documents to ensure their interests, as well as the interest of the surrogate, are protected by the agreement signed.
Oksana becomes the main point of contact when the intended parents come to Ukraine for the birth of their child as she is responsible for the necessary paperwork required to register the baby and receive the required travel documents to successfully exit Ukraine. Her experience and attention to detail make her an invaluable member of our legal team. Oksana’s main goal is to make sure that every surrogacy journey is safe and legally secure.
